0.3. The duties and obligations of a medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist under the Act respecting medical imaging technologists, radiation oncology technologists and electrophysiology technologists (chapter T-5), the Professional Code (chapter C-26) and their regulations are not changed or reduced by the fact that a medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist practises within a partnership or joint-stock company.
